The year is quickly coming to a close Gang ! ! !

The 6th Annual KnightLites Christmas/Holiday Party and QRPigOut
event of the year with hosts Sir Rhett (KE4HIH) and Lady Joanna (KE4QOZ)
is this coming Thursday evening... just 5 days from this writing. Join
me, our host and hostess Sir Rhett (KE4HIH), and Lady Joanna (KE4QOZ),at
the sixth annual KnightLites holiday party.

RSVP now if you haven't already, and mark this Thursday December
21 on your calendars. This is the third Thursday of the month, and an easy
commitment for ya! Your RSVP is needed for Sir Rhett and Lady Joanna to
prepare to handle the crowd, now numbering 13. Most are planning to have
spouse and/or harmonics in tow. Your RSVP will allow time for planning a
fun-filled agenda, and enable our hosts to kick back, relax, and work the
crowd. :-)

Admittedly; fuel prices are uncomfortably high, but is the only
investment you need to make to break bread with your fellow Knights and
Maidens, and rejoice together in the blessings we've all been granted for
another full year. This is an extraordinary event that will excite the
child in you, and boost your spirits in preparation for a prosperous new
year ahead! ! !

        This Thursday!!!

All are welcome... Family, Friends, and all who long for
fellowship and sharing.

I'll be bringing (really) sweet & (really) unsweet tea, but you're
welcome and invited to bring your own (nonalcoholic) refreshments of
choice. If inspired, this is also a receptive and welcoming audience for
you to showcase a sample of your favorite recipe, such as homemade
bread... (Hint! Hint! Sir Red). Of course this is entirely optional and
informal as it's been in the past, so only your RSVP assuring us of your
attendance is needed...

        HINT: Call - K E 4 H I H - on DFMA's Hillsboro machine
147.225/825 and ask for guidance if you find you're lost or running late.

If you have a GPS, you'll find us loitering around these
coordinates:

                Lat 36 deg 03.066 min N; long 79 deg 02.363 min W.

For those who rely on maps, you can Google here:
http://maps.google.com/maps?oi=map&q=3719+Us+70+E,+Hillsborough,+NC+27278

If you exploit back seat drivers, trial and error, etc., navigate
to the intersection of I-85 and US 70 (I-85 Exit 170), then proceed as
follows:

Leave I-85 at exit 170 and proceed West toward Hillsborough.
(Folks traveling North/East on I-85 will join east-bound US 70 for
about 150 yards, then make a U-turn from the left lane at the appropriate
intersection.)

Either way, the first traffic light one passes after getting onto
US 70 intersects Pleasant Green Road to the right, and Mt. Herman Church
Road to the left, sporting also an entrance to Eno Volunteer Fire
Department. Proceed west from this intersection just 1.5 miles West on US
70 where, being carefully attentive, one may see house number 3725 on a
low sign on the left side of the highway. Turn left here onto a gravel
lane which crosses a bridge and splits into three driveways. Climb the
one in the middle that looks steepest and meanest. Look for a sign
`George' at the bottom and home in toward the Christmas tree up in the
woods serving as your beacon.

Give me (N3GO) a holler, or call out to Sir Rhett (KE4HIH) or Lady
Joanna (KE4QOZ) on 147.225/.825 MHz (The DFMA machine at I-85 and I-40).

If all else fails, their wall tethered station ID is
919-732-8492.

On the cellular band, my call sign is 919-522-5460.

*************************************************************************************************

Drive safely... to and fro... Pardy hardy and celebrate another
successful year rich in blessings for the KnightLites family.

RSVP and have a Very Happy Holiday Season!
