[KLQRP] 40 meters

I have a question about what the new/revised frequency
is for 40 meters.  Has it changed to 7.030 now or do we
still hold to 7.040.  I have been using both and have heard
people on both.

Just wanted to make sure before I change my ATS3 to start
on 7.030.

p.s. I will be on the AT next weekend 23rd to 25th at 
Max Patch on the border of NC/TN for FD and will be in
there the whole time.  I also will be on most of the day
on Friday and Friday night too.
