[KLQRP] Crystal grinding advice

I have an old crystal from my early years that's in a JAN Crystals FT243
holder marked 3573kHz.  I would like to move it a couple of kHz up to
the KL net frequency of 3575kHz.  Can anyone offer some advice about how
to do this.  Want to build a QRP transmitter for the net frequency, and
I've got a few more crystals for the lower part of 80 meters I can also
