Well Gang,

If you ain't ready yet, you are snoozing.

Derek, Dick and I will be at the FD site tomorrow morning sometime. Dick
will get there

Ahead of us because he lives right down the road. I think he is walking to
the site, hi hi..

I spent the better part of the day trying to get over a case of dyslexia. I
first lost my

Clipboard with all my notes and what I am doing/taking and finally found
that.

Then I realized when I went to go get gas and fill up ($2.75 at BJ's) that I
lost my wallet

With all my credit cards and ID. I was sick, upset, and scaired.

Lynn came home and tried to calm me down. I had the RAV4 loaded for the
first time ever,

And I mean I am traveling light. I might even make it through the weight
station without a

Ticket for an overload. No, seriously I actually had the vehicle loaded and
ready to go and

That is the first time ever I got it all done the night before I left.

I have a few odds and ends to take care of in the morning at the store and
then I will be

Headed to the FD site.

Chris/KD4PBJ has asked to join us and he will be there instead of going to
Black Balsam.

He is all fired up and ready to operate with us as a group again.
Wonderful!

Oh, My wife finally found my wallet after all the worrying I did. I had
come in a few times

Out of the heat to play with the dogs and have sit down spell and a cool
iced tea and

On one of those visits it had dropped out on the floor by a pile of clothes
I had washed and

Not folded and put away yet. So, I am back in business and ready to go in
the morning.

I just talked with Derek and he is all fired up and ready to go and will be
there when he gets

There.

Now Dick put directions on an email and without going back and looking it is
real easy to find.

. Crosswinds Campground
To reach Crosswinds Campground traveling west on US 64, turn right (north)
onto Farrington Road/SR 1008. This intersection, with two gas stations
across from each other, is called Wilsonville. The Crosswinds Campground
entrance is a half mile on the right.

To reach the campground traveling east on US 64, turn left onto Farrington
Road at the first traffic light after the lake at the Wilsonville
intersection. The Crosswinds Campground entrance is a half mile on the
right.

Coming from the West you would come across the lake and you will come up to
the light and

Have to take a Left and head North following the same directions.

If anyone gets lost you can call me too on the cellphone (919) 418-5366. I
will have the phone with

Me.

Chris, I was going to contact the newspaper (the N & O) and see if we
couldn't get something in the

Paper but I never got around to it. If you have the time and can make a
call we could use that for

Our points too. If not don't worry about it. We will be in a public place
though and I might get a sign

Made up in the morning. No promises.

Anyone coming please call one of us and let us know before you get there so
if we forgot anything

You might be able to pick it up on the way down. If not we can run over the
the new Wally World nearby

And get whatever we missed.

Looking forward to seeing whoever comes on down to visit and operate with
us. If you plan to stay overnite

There will be plenty of sites available I am sure. We might not be exactly
next door to each other though.

It all depends on whether they get a large group there this weekend or not.

We plan to be at B11 and B12 if we can get those sites.
