[KLQRP] Key clicky signal on 30m

Has anyone noticed a key click like signal on 30 meters centered around
10.116Mhz?  It sounds just like a transmitter with bad key clicks but
you can't find a cw signal that corresponds to the click pattern.  I can
hear it over about a 10kHz spread.  It's usually strongest in the late
afternoon/early evening EST.
