[KLQRP] HAARP HF moonbounce experiment

Anyone copy the HAARP HF moonbounce echoes on either 6.7925MHz or
7.4075MHz?  Not exactly qrp (3.9MW EIRP) but all those years of training
your ears with weak signal qrp contacts makes for an easy copy.  A
little DSP doesn't hurt either.  I was able to copy the 6.7925MHz echoes
during the 0500 to 0600UTC run but couldn't hear anything on 7.4075MHz
because of a wideband source of QRM.
