    If I have done my calculations correctly, this will be 0900 - 1000 local time for eastern U.S. I do not operate DX very much and do not know if this is a good time to your area. I will listen for you and call you if I hear you, but my antenna system is no match for yours. Perhaps your Quad will make up for my shortfall. I will listen hard. :-)
